This tea is perfect for aiding in digestion. Steep for 5-10 minutes and drink before or after meals. The herbs included are bitters and have been known to encourage bile and acid production to aid in digestion. The marshmallow root is to help with heart burn.

This tea has a minty flavor with a hint of bitter from the dandelion root. There is also a hint of licorice from the fennel but it’s not strong or overpowering. Add lemon and honey to taste. 1 oz.
